She is an effective public speaker focusing upon motivation and encouragement.  She is self publishing Genuinely Georgetown on the heels of winning 2nd place in The Amy Foundations prestigious writing award.

Alicea’s writings have appeared in Focus on the Family Magazine, Upper Room, Now What? Magazine and Georgetown View Magazine where she was Editor-in-Chief. She has a passion for writing human interest stories and teaching others. Alicea is currently finishing a devotional book, Free To Mother, to inspire mothers to live unencumbered by the past.
